One of the reasons why I truly hate winter the most is that I can’t wear some of my favourite shoes and accessories. When I received these handsome new loafers by LeDuke in the mail — I was ready for a day of dry warmth! My girl Kenzie (@kenz.zo) and I took out Erica for brunch on her birthday to SCHOOL in Liberty Village, and walked throughout the city the remainder of the day.
Not knowing how perfect this day would be, I decided to brave the morning chill and go sockless in these brand new loafers. And can I just say; they are so damn comfortable! I also have to note, they may look like suede, but they are in fact extremely durable, luxe nubuck.
I have never owned nor seen a nubuck shoe with such quality and resilience — LeDuke truly knows how to craft their products! I am obsessed, as they not only fit and feel perfect, but they paired immaculately with my Gucci Dionysus manbag. After I wore them for around 7 hours straight walking throughout downtown Toronto, I brushed them clean, and they looked good as new. Not too shabby for a handmade shoe!
Kenz and I had a great time walking, shopping, and shooting. We went down Ossington and popped into Jonathan+Olivia…don’t know how I walked out of there without splurging! She wore the dopest metallic biker jacket ever, which she scored at Zara — I’m always jealous of my friend’s Zara finds 😦
