The second series of #thesneakertreeXsassandleather is here! The wait is over! Mel (@thesneakertree) and I focused our looks around bold and bright Adidas sneakers — clearly, both of our favs in shoes right now. We both agree that even though other sneaker brands, like Nike, have great products, the design and aesthetic of Adidas is killer right now. The attention to detail, unique concepts, and ideas that are developed by Adidas provide the ultimate in affordable and stylish street fashion!!! Check below for our full looks, styled with fresh versions of classic Adidas kicks…

I have to say, Mel once again looked fire in her attire. She sported a classic all-Adidas look, featuring a simple (and sexy) bodycon midi dress, matching cap, and glitzed-out Superstars! With every step she took, the glitter reflected sun and the shoes lit up. She got lucky and was able to cop them when they first came out, but are now only available on the secondary market. They are a definite must-have for any girly girl who loves Adidas, and glam.

My look was much simpler, as I wore one of my other new favs (and new additions): all-red suede Stan Smith’s. These shoes are everythiiiiing, and quite sleek. I’m not one to normally wear such a bright shoe, but the suede tones down the boldness of the red, making them fairly easy to wear with anything. I threw on my Zara paint-splattered denim — a summer essential from my wardrobe — and a light jacket, for a sporty yet relaxed look. It was simple as it mainly focused around these amazing kicks, which are also available in blue suede (if you’re not as adventurous with colour)!

We both hope you enjoyed SERIES 2 of #thesneakertreeXsassandleather! Keep up to date with posts from Mel by following her — @thesneakertree, as well as @sassandleather, for more fashion outside of my site! Until next post…
