Believe it or not, this was shot on the terrace level of my place. Since spring has sprung, and the weather is just about to my preferred liking, it called for a non-heavy-coat outfit post. And why not keep it close to home, in the heart of my city, Toronto. The setting perfectly complimented my outfit, in matching tones of browns, deep reds, blues, grey, beige, and of course, some added texture here and there.
I paired some staples from my wardrobe that I tend to wear in cooler weather. I have been living in these chocolate suede chelsea boots, whenever it isn’t raining or snowing. I usually pair them with light wash jeans, and this pair with the frayed hem looked fantastic over top the boot.
On top, I threw on a comfy and unique grey hoodie with burgundy printed accents, which perfectly matched the jacket I wore. I found this jacket at Tokio7 consignment in NYC last year, and am still utterly obsessed. It’s half cargo, half knit, and totally dope. To add an ounce of cool texture, I carried my croc embossed Sac de Jour by Saint Laurent… fav bag ever!!! It somehow tied in quite well amongst the many different textures and colours in this look, although all neutral.
