Hi guys!!! As you can probably tell, I’m back from New York, however if you follow me on Instagram, you probably wouldn’t have known because I haven’t posted all of my pics yet! I will definitely be posting more of my #fav moments from this past week soon. I have several fun and cool posts lined up for the blog covering my trip, which was only 5 short days. Here is my first post, featuring my friend Brooklyn, and our street-style outfits when we explored the East Village.
I had never really explored the EV, even in my 10 (or so) visits to the city, which I pretty much consider my 2nd home at this point. A friend of mine recommended I check out a really cool consignment shop, Tokio7, at which we both actually did score some amazing (and great priced) designer finds, hence the massive shopping bags!!!
Luckily, the weather wasn’t too cold the first day out, just super windy. We both threw on our peacoats, and braved the city. I totally saw one of those ski-mask hats at a corner shop, and should’ve bought it, as my face was numb. But it’s okay, because we have some cute pics, right? 😉
Although we happened to be in the city during #NYFW, and tried our hardest to get into some of the events, sadly we weren’t successful. But in spite of that, we still had an awesome time and took some amazingly Sass & Leather-curated street style photog’s, cuz why not, when in a perfect city such as NYC? There’s always next season!
