I love nature. Being out in the open grants the ability to clear the mind, and to appreciate the simplest things in life… or, you can still look good while exploring in the dirty and green land.

When thinking about nature, my mind transitions to an easy-going attitude, and my outfit definitely follows suit. Easy, loose, flowy clothing that goes hand in hand with the free-nature mindset.

But who doesn’t love a pop of colour in any outfit? Orange. One of my favourite colours, orange embodies happiness, warmth, curiousness, and socialness – or the out-going trait.

Orange adds a ton of oomph to any simple look, and definitely contrasted with the green of the nature. Holllllllld uppppp… it’s a forest fire!!! Oh wait, that’s just the orange of course 😉

On a bright, sunny afternoon, wearing an easy white cotton tee, linen pants, denim shirt, and my strappy sandals, I was equipped to trek on the woodsy trail, effortlessly and fashionably. Too bad my photographer friend, Violet, was too camera shy to join in on the fun 😉

But don’t forget the chic of the attire. The orange bag & cuff (which I am totally obsessed with both at the moment) made an outstanding, fiery pair, and brought out the fun in this experience in the forest.

Nature is somewhere where I can let go of all of the thoughts clouding my mind and take in the beauty of the land; it’s so peaceful and gives me balance. Taking leisurely walks allow me to clear my head, but I can still focus on looking great, because hey, it’s always nice to look good when feeling good too.
